The belt could use a self made auto-adjusting idler arm tensioner.

Hello Hassan, They mention in the video starting from 9:45 min that the scan-bars and circuitry were just plugged together and that no extra electronics was needed for it to work, but then they used a Canon imageFORMULA DR-2510C Office Document Scanner. scanner.png documentation and software
