Well see, i still need a book scanner, hence why i'm probably going to end up buying one of Univershuls when they're ready. This was just to see if there were alternatives out there. Maybe once im out of law school it'll be easier to help people out in this fashion.

You can OCR before or after PDF.

Omnipage allows you to OCR any tpye of image, or a PDF itself. I guess for best results do it before PDF so you dont lose any image quality? Just a guess tho, i'm new at this too.
