I edited some code together from the camera calibration "test" that came with python-opencv (2.2). I don't really see any convincing results though, but I can only test this with the camera on my phone at the moment. If someone wants to experiment I dumped the code here . Hi!

I think OpenCV could be used for camera calibration and undistortion. Here is an example I found in C code, but there is also bindings for other languges.
