@daniel_reetz: Thanks for the supportive message! I actually haven't found lifting the cube to be a problem, even repeated hundreds of times, but that's definitely a YMMV kind of thing. Similarly with the lighting issues: good ambient light seems to do the trick. Probably BL gets some lighting artif...
