Any Scanners in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Hi Everyone, I am writing to see if anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area might have a scanner that I might be able to rent? Or perhaps a public-access scanner that I might be able to visit? I figure with all the hackers we have in SF, someone is bound to have one! :D
