Re: Scan vs Ethics vs History vs Value?????

That's a great idea! I've been looking but haven't found another copy...will keep looking before considering any destructive copying.

Thanks and happy scanning!

Scan vs Ethics vs History vs Value?????

I'm scanning my church's museum library collection of Martin Luther's Small Catechism. There are over 200 unique editions dating back to 1529 that we're digitizing to be made freely available for reading/research! One of the books (1760) has the pages uncut from the bindery...most pages in the secon...

Re: Pi Scan -- Testers Needed

Hi Jonathan! I got a hackerspace scanner, and decided to kit it out with your suggested electronics/software package. I'm running Pi Scan on a Raspberry Pi 3 with a Raspberry touchscreen, and it loads just fine on startup. I went with 2x Canon Powershot A3300 IS cameras...and was able to get CHDK fo...

Re: Free Hackerspace Scanner available in the continental United States

Hi! I'm looking for a scanner to digitize our church's small library. I'm donating my time to do it and a FREE scanner sounds like it's in my budget! haha

This would be great if you're willing to send it?

Thanks!

Re: Archivists in / from Europe for sale

I'd be interested in renting one for a small church project...but i'm located in Florida, USA. Can you give me an idea of the rental/shipping costs?

Thanks!

Looking to buy/rent archivist for church project

Hey everyone! I agreed to help my church digitize it's small library of 150 books...and the Archivist Quill complete set seems like a great way to do it! But after that, we'll really have no use for the scanner. I'm wondering if anyone has a used model available to buy/rent? I'm donating my time to ...
