What operating system are you using and Acrobat Version?

This may also be possible in gimp via command line batch processing and a gimp de-skew plugin. Using a file renaming software too differentiate odd and even.

To keep your costs down you might be able to use old cd-rom parts. I was about to throw out my ever growing pile of old ide cd drives when I did a quick google search and found that people are often using the motors inside.

There is a plugin for acrobat called quite imposing plus that has a feature called trim and shift this will do what you require. There maybe some more plugins that will do what you want. Try planetpdf.com

Acrobat full version can do what you want. Rotate pages can be applied to even or odd. Crop pages can also be applied to select range odd or even.

There are djvu readers for both windows and android.

djvu to pdf just google it.

Or print the djvu with a pdf driver.

Fixed but flexible to the platen. My Book Scanner has the platen attached to 4 vertical drawer sliders. The camera also attached to the drawer sliders with an adjustable CCTV mount.
