DIY Book Scanner

It's in the pipeline and working on my machine, though its pre-alpha and I'm not yet comfortable pushing it to GitHub.
I expect it to be ready for prime time until June at the latest.

Matti was so friendly as to push a fix to GitHub this morning, so you might want to install spreads from there until we are ready to ship a new version.

That's due to an API change in one of the modules that I use. I have a fix ready but I still need to merge it into the master branch on GitHub, which will probably be in the next few days.
