After spending several years of development and studying from this professional website, I have finally developed am improved DIY book scanner. Great thanks for those professional designers from this website.
The following are some pictures of my real world book scanner and some design drawings.
In addition, for protecting my intellectual property, I’ve filed a patent application in China (201910185742.9, filed on March 12, 2019). But if anyone is interested in commercializing this a little bit inventive idea in your country, you may consider buying a priority right from my Chinese patent application.
Attached is a video from youtube I have made for better understanding the basic idea.

Nice build!
What exactly do you claim a patent for here? IANAL but it seems to me that every feature shown in the video, except perhaps the details of your moving cradle, already exist in some prior scanner build by other people as documented here or elsewhere already.

Thank you for your kind comment, Dic. Actually I claimed the entire structure including those features already known here and some additional distinct features I invented (convenient adjustment of the angle between two platens).I will post more internal structural pictures of my scanner for reference.

We, as a community, strongly oppose your attempt to patent ideas that we have freely shared. Further, we completely reject your attempt to sell our own ideas back to this community in the form of a license.
If you persist in this effort, we will make legal challenges by providing prior art. Also, we are banning you from this community and obfuscating any contact info to prevent you from doing any more harm.
Poor form and a lame approach. This behavior is unwelcome here, and always will be.
