i saw an interesting way to mount the bearings

this small gap Matthiaswandel saw with the band saw could be made on a laser cutter

but as the hacker space design is made for an CNC shopbot i made a small variation, the tool has a radius so the gap will be to wide, therefore we have to cut at some other position a small piece of wood, that fits in the gab, this small piece needs to be slightly thinner that the gap so the screws can tight up the gap, this would hold the bearing in position
