New Google camera scanning utility?

Post by cday » 27 May 2017, 12:10

I saw a review recently, within the last month or two I think, of what I took to be a new Google camera scanning utility that seemed to produce excellent results from very basic camera images of book pages, with much sophisticated processing performed.

Has anyone else seen a recent announcement of a new (or possibly a substantially enhanced version of an existing utility) and have the name or a link?

I wish I could, but sadly I didn't save the webpage at the time as I don't use camera scanning...

I searched online recently to try to find it again and couldn't, so possibly it wasn't in fact a Google application. Whatever it was, as presented the results looked impressive.
