DIY Book Scanner

Hi All!

I have a problem with numbering pages.

I have take photographs to a book, to make it faster I make first all the left side ones, and after I finish the entire book by this side, I started the right side from the last cover to the first right page. My camera numbers the pages in a sequence: DSC0001, DSC0002, etc. when I am trying to arrange the files in the order of the book I need to change the names of the files...It could be made one-by-one but in a book of 500 pages it is too much. I was wondering that there is a software that could make it, change the names of a sequence f files following an odd/even number pattern or reversing the numbers of a sequence of files.

I have been googling it but I haven't be able to find anything useful.

Any ideas?, any software?

Use a file renaming software.

What operating system are you using?

Win7.

Any software suggestions? I havent find which one could make the work.

I use Bulk Rename Utility for general renaming on Windows, and it works very well.
