I just caught this article while going through some of my morning news feeds: http://www.itnews.com.au/News/294188,ns ... tware.aspx. (Austrialian IT site, so I'm guessing NSW is a state/province/section of Australia?)
Not to many details in the article about what kind of software they have, but a government open sourcing software it uses for the preservation of digital documents might have some relevance for us. No links to code other than a mention that it will be on github, but there is a link to the broader records initiative that looks like it has some interesting articles: http://futureproof.records.nsw.gov.au/.

NSW = New South Wales
Since not at single line of code have been writen so far it's no wonder that there's no link for it.
