Minor cache folder bug

Hello.

I am using ST version 0.9.11.1 under Win7 x64.

I have found out that after reloading a project (by clicking on a .scantailor project file) the program always creates a CACHE folder in the current directory even if the project files (including cache) are stored elsewhere.

It's just a minor annoyance rather than a bug but I thought it needed to be posted.
