Scan Tailor doesn't recognize the contents of my tiff files

Hello. Sorry for my bad English.

I have the problem about recognizing my tiff files in scan tailor.
I scanned my textbooks, and then made tiff files.

Here are scanner settings.
ADF / 600dpi / double-page scanning / multi-paged TIFF / auto-color recognition(basic setting) /
manually adjusting size & name(ex. 210.0*280.0 & textbook(01))
I didn't control the others.

I stored these files in google drive(it uses the storage of my computer.) and made projects in scan tailor.
In the projects, there are only all black files or the error messages "the following file could not be loaded.."
I used the recent version of scan tailor / scan tailor plus / scan tailor plus portable.
I can read these files in "Windows Photo Viewer", but cannot in scan tailor.

What should I do? Please give me some advice.

Your TIF files are probably compressed using an unsupported algorithm. you might want to open one of the images in Gimp or Photoshop and check for that.
I think I've always used LZW and didn't have any problems with that.

Does ScanTailor accept multi-TIFF files as input?

I can't find any statement of the input file types that can be used, although TIFF-LZW, JPG and PNG (with some compression options, at least) are known to be accepted.

Yes, ST accepts multipage TIFF as source, but I advise you using LZW compression (ZIP isn't supported for instance).

Sorry for late answer.
My semester was started, so i don't have time to visit here.

I solved my problem.
Reason of the problem is, right, the compression type of tiff files.
I can't set the compression type of files in my scannar settings.
I change the compression type to LZW by Imagemagick, and then the problem solved.
(It tooks looooong time to convert about 10,000 pages.)
