Stubborn "Remove pages from project"

Hello. I am using v0.9.9 under Windows XP SP3. I haven't had any problems so far but today I removed three pages from a book I was working on (their size was slightly bigger and this was making margins too big) and after removing them from project, they were reappearing after moving up and down in the thumbnails area. Any ideas? I had already set margins and such and I had to start all over.

That's already fixed in Git. The fix will be in the next release.
Scan Tailor experimental doesn't output 96 DPI images. It's just what your software shows when DPI information is missing. Usually what you get is input DPI times the resolution enhancement factor.
