Never pick up a slug

Post by rob » 12 Jun 2009, 12:53

This kind of slug.

I was out in my garden yesterday, tending the plants, and picked up and tossed away about 20 slugs. I figured I'd just wash my hands off when I was done.

Nope.

I had to use a scouring pad on my hands to get the slimy mucus off. :(

Yesterday I went fishing with Aaron and we forgot to get some nightcrawlers. I was turning over logs and stones near my workshop and found a huge array of slugs.

Rob, thanks to you and a pair of nitrile gloves, I was not horribly and irrevocably slimed. Thanks, friend.
