Ah, yeah, that is what I meant with "Note, though, that the pages won't show up in the web interface and you won't be able to do anything with them. I have not yet finished the code for that, but it should be ready soon.".
Postprocessing/Output generation is currently not possible with workflows converted from an older version of Spreads.
This will be remedied, though, I just haven't gotten around to it yet, sorry :-/ I will make a post here when it's done.

You can either wait for the new nightly source package and install from that, or download the `spreads/workflow.py` module from GitHub and overwrite your current file with it.
Make sure that you restore the old folder structure (i.e. remove all files from the root except for `config.yml` and move everything from `data` to the top directory).
