Anyone know how to Select Content and Output in one step?

Post by diybookscanguy »

I'd like to do everything in one step, instead of clicking once on select content and then again at output. My scans are straightforward text and I've gotten excellent results without manually adjusting the content selection. Anyone know how to do this?

That's not possible, as the output size depends on knowing sizes of all content boxes.
Scan Tailor experimental doesn't output 96 DPI images. It's just what your software shows when DPI information is missing. Usually what you get is input DPI times the resolution enhancement factor.

Is there any way to do it sequentially by pressing one button?

No, because I don't want to encourage users to skip visual inspection of Select Content results.
