My first book scanner.

Built a scanner? Started to build a scanner? Record your progress here. Doesn't need to be a whole scanner - triggers and other parts are fine. Commercial scanners are fine too.

Today I fixed the book craidle. I solved the issue by putting a board on the bottom that is atached to the slides and then screwing the previousely fixed side to the board. It's basicly the same set up I had, but now it's on a board to support it instead of the metal bars. I'll post some pics in a week or so.
